3 Intended use
3.1 Indications for use
The product is intended for exoprosthetic fittings of the upper limbs on youths and adults.
3.2 Area of application
The product has been developed for use in everyday activities. It must not be used for activities
where it would be exposed to unallowable environmental conditions or strains (e.g. extreme
sports).
3.3 Conditions of use
The product is intended exclusively for use on one user. Use of the product by another person is
not approved by the manufacturer.
3.4 Indications
For users with unilateral transhumeral amputation.
3.5 Service Life
The product is a wear part, which means it is subject to normal wear and tear, and has a service
life of at least 6 months.
4 Safety
