2.4 Working position

Once you have transported the device to the working location, you can begin placing it in the working
position. Ensure that the foundation is solid and the legs stand firmly on the ground.
A. Open the locking latch of the extension table.
C. Detach the transport position chain from the slot.
E. Turn off the machine. Fold the conveyor straight.
This should be done by two people using the lifting
handles on the conveyor. Move the belt transport
support into the hole in the hinge, and lock the
joint.
DO NOT WALK UNDER A CONVEYOR SUSPENDED BY HYDRAULICS!
DO NOT FOLD THE CONVEYOR EXTENSION WHILE THE MACHINE IS RUNNING

B. Lower the extension with the knife replacement
winch and place the support in the designated holes.
D. Start the machine and lower the conveyor with the
hydraulics control valve.

conveyor into the working position.
