2.4 Function test of LC 141C

2.4.1 To select an approved cable

Note: For the UK market, use only the 16M extension
cable that comes with the product. For all other markets,
refer to the information below.
If extension cables are used, these must agree with the
minimum cross-sections in the table below:

Only use extension cables that are specially made for
outdoor operation and that agree with one of the
specifications that follow: Ordinary rubber (60245 IEC
53), Ordinary PVC (60227 IEC 53) or Ordinary PCP
(60245 IEC 57).

2.4.2 To start and stop the motor

1. Connect a power cord to the socket below the
handle.
2. Put the power cord in the power cord holder.
3. Push the motor brake handle down and make sure
that the start inhibitor prevents start of the motor.
