4.5 To replace the motor

WARNING: Before you start, turn the safety
key to 0, remove safety key, remove the
battery and wait a minimum of 5 seconds.
WARNING: To prevent injury, obey the
warning symbols on the motor.
1. Remove the blade, see "4.2 To replace the blade".
2. Remove the motor cover and disconnect the cables.
See "4.3 To remove and attach the motor cover"
3. Disconnect the cables from the motor.
4. Remove the 4 screws that hold the motor and lift the
motor out.
5. Replace with a new motor in the opposite sequence.
6. Tighten the screws with a torque of 1.5-2 Nm.

4.6 To replace the motor controller
unit
WARNING: Before you start, turn the safety
key to 0, remove safety key, remove the
battery and wait a minimum of 5 seconds.
1. Disconnect the cables from the motor controller unit.
2. Remove the 3 screws that hold the motor controller
unit and lift it out. Make sure the washers stay on the
screws.
3. Replace with a new motor controller unit in the
opposite sequence.
4. Tighten the screws with a torque of 1.5-2 Nm.

4.7 To remove the wheels

WARNING: Before you start, turn the safety
key to 0, remove safety key, remove the
battery and wait a minimum of 5 seconds.
1. Remove the hub cap with a screwdriver.
2. Remove the center nut and the wheel.
