Steps Troubleshooting
1 Make sure that a battery is installed correctly
2 Press the button on the battery
3 Make sure that the safety key is in position 1
Make sure there is a click sound when the ON/OFF

button is pressed

Examine the blue cable from 582 02 92-01 through

connector X6, X8, X12 to 589 96 93-01
Examine the black cable from 579 68 64-01

Examine the microswitch. Make sure there is a
1 click sound when the motor brake handle is

can rotate easily. WARNING: Turn the safety key
to 0, remove the safety key, remove the battery

and wait a minimum of 5 seconds before you
touch the blade!
Let the product become cool and try again after 15
