5.2 To remove and attach the outer
motor cover
WARNING: Before you start, disconnect the
power cord from the product.
1. Put the product down on its side.
2. Remove the 12 screws that hold the outer motor
cover.
3. Put the product back in upright position.
4. Lift off the outer motor cover.
5. To attach the outer motor cover, put it back in
position and put the product down on its side.
6. Tighten the 12 screws with a torque of 1.5-2 Nm.

5.3 To replace the blade

WARNING: Before you start, disconnect the
power cord from the product.
WARNING: The blade is sharp and can
cause cuts. Put on protective gloves.
1. Remove the blade screw and the washers.
2. Remove the blade. Make sure that the blade bracket
and the blade screw are free of damage, and that the
motor shaft is not bent.
3. Attach the new blade with the angled ends in the
direction of the cover.
4. Make sure that the blade aligns with the center of the
shaft.
