3.2 Servicing schedule

Maintenance task
Product
Do a general inspection
Clean the product
Examine the drive wheels
General lubrication
Do a check of the start inhibitor
Make sure that the safety devices on the product are not defec-
tive
Examine the cutting equipment
Examine the cutting cover
Do a check of the motor brake handle
Make sure that the bail arm functions correctly
Make sure that the ON/OFF switch operates correctly
Clean and examine grass catcher
Clean under the drive cover
Accessory
Examine the battery for damage
Do a check of the battery charge
Make sure that the release button on the battery operates cor-
rectly and that the battery locks into the product
Examine the battery charger for damage and make sure that it
operates correctly
Examine the connections between the battery and the product
Examine the connection between the the battery and the battery
charger

3.3 Function test

3.3.1 To start the product
1. Open the battery lid.
2. Put a charged battery in 1 of the battery holders. For
longer operation time, put a second charged battery
in the other battery holder.
