Steps Troubleshooting
Examine the white connector between the product and the

battery
Examine the pink cable from 579 68 66-01 through
2
connector X7 to 579 68 64-01
Examine the microswitch. Make sure there is a click sound
3
when the motor brake handle is pressed down
4
Press the far left end of the motor brake handle down
5
Examine the attachment of the spring in the plastic housing
6
Examine the attachment of the microswitch
7
Operate the product without putting a load on the blade

Do a visual inspection
Examine the blue cable from 589 75 93-01 through
2
connector X6, X8, X12 to 589 96 99-01
Examine the black cable from 579 68 64-01 through
3
connector X9, X11 to 589 96 99-01
Measure the voltage between the blue cable (X12.4) and
black cable (X11.1) in the plastic housing at the left end of
4
the handle. The voltage must be equal to the battery
voltage when the safety key is in position 1.

No troubleshooting possible
At a load of more than 12A the product switches from
1
SaveE to normal mode.

Do a visual inspection
Examine the gray cable from 579 68 64-01 through
3
connector X9, X11 to 586 96 99-01

Examine the wiring between 589 75 80-01 and 589 75

Examine the microswitch. Make sure there is a click sound

when the motor brake handle is pressed down
Examine closed circuit between black and white cable from

microswitch in handle (5899699-01), position X9

Examine the attachment of the microswitch
Make sure that the voltage gets to the transmission.
Measure the voltage at X17 between black and red cable in
6
the plastic housing. The voltage must be equal to the
battery voltage when the safety key is in position 1 and the
propulsion bar is pulled.
