6.3 Front Batteries

WARNING!
Working on a live machine can cause
lethal injury.
Disconnect the batteries, see Chapter 2.12

Turn off the machine and remove the ignition key.

Tilt forward the seat.

Loosen the two snap locks, unhook the battery
cover and lift it off.

Remove all the cables from the battery terminals.
WARNING!
Cables must not come into direct
contact with each other or indirectly
through conducting materials, as the
rear battery is still connected.
