Correct use
When the tray is manufactured the
enamelling process can give rise to
slight colour differences around the
perforations. This has no effect on the
use or quality of the product.
The tray has a special PerfectClean
finish which has extremely good
non-stick properties and is very easy to
clean. It is not necessary to grease the
surface or line it with baking parchment
before baking.
Do not use ceramic knives on the
PerfectClean surface, as these can
cause scratches.
You can, however, use a normal metal
knife to cut up baked items on the tray.
Freshly baked items
Roll dough out on a flat work surface
first before placing it in the Gourmet
perforated baking tray. This will avoid
the dough being pressed down into the
perforations.
Frozen / Ready-made items
Please follow the cooking durations
given on the manufacturer's packaging.
Automatic programmes
The Gourmet perforated baking tray
can be used with Automatic
programmes.
Automatic programmes are not
available on every model.
