Safety tests before commissioning

Prior to each start-up, the various loads must be tested for stability on the device.
The test must be performed as follows:
- Pick up cargo
- Start driving in main direction with maximum speed and rear bumping
- Ride in reverse direction at 300 mm/s and front bumper or emergency stop trigger
- Drive 90° to the right and press the bumper
- Drive 90° to the left and press the bumper
The load can only be transported if it does not slide, parts fall off or lose its stability.
In general, only loads that meet the above criteria may be transported.
If it can be assumed that the "test load" deviates from the expected one, it must not be transported without being
retested.
Load tests can cause the pallet or parts of the load to lose their grip. These tests may only be carried out in rooms
with sufficient space and in places where there are no persons under any circumstances.
