Procedure
1. On your CP960 conference phone, tap History.
The touch screen displays all call records.
2. Tap
after the desired call records.
3. Tap Delete.
The touch device prompts "Delete selected item?"
4. Tap OK to accept the change.

Procedure
1. On your remote control, navigate toDial > History.
2. Select the desired list from the pull-down list of All Calls.
3. Select the desired history record and then press the right key.
4. Select Delete, and then press OK key.
Deleting All History Records using Remote Control
Procedure
1. On your remote control, navigate to Dial > History.
2. Select Clear, and then press OK key.
You can also select the desired history list from the pull-down list of All Calls first, and then delete the selected
list.
The monitor prompts "Delete all records?".
3. Select OK, and then press OK key.
