Tap Contacts, and tap

Procedure

You can also tap the checkbox on the title area to delete all history records.

Disabling Contact Avatar

If you do not want to see the avatars of call records, you can disable contact avatar feature.
Procedure
1. Navigate to More > Features > History Setting.
2. Turn off Contacts Avatar.
