MAINTENANCE
1.
Open the dirt cover (1).
Open the dirt cover (1) fully and it will be secured by the
cover support lever (2).
2.
Turn the cap of oil filler port (F) slowly and release the in-
ternal pressure.
3.
Remove the cover mounting bolt (3), and remove the cov-
er (4).
The cover (4) may be jumped out by spring (5).
While pressing down the cover (4), remove the cover
mounting bolt (3).
4.
After removing the spring (5) and valve (6), take out the el-
ement (7).
5.
Remove all dirt from the parts taken out, then wash it in
clean diesel fuel or flushing oil.
6.
Install the new element in the place where the old element (7) has been installed.
7.
Check the O-ring to be fit between the hydraulic tank and the cover (4).
If the O-ring is damaged, replace it with a new O-ring.
8.
Place the valve (6) and spring (5) onto top of the element.
9.
While pressing the cover (4) by hand, install the cover (4) with the cover mounting bolts (3).
10. Start the engine.
11. Set the lock lever to FREE position (F).
12. Operate the work equipment control levers, and extend the
boom cylinder, bucket cylinder, and arm cylinder to their
stroke end.
