OPERATION
NOTICE
Do not turn the starting motor continuously for 20 seconds
or longer.
If the engine does not start, wait for approximately 2 mi-
nutes, and then try to start the engine again.
REMARK
Do not turn the starting switch to ON position or START posi-
tion soon after the engine is stopped. Immediately after the en-
gine is stopped, the electric power is still supplied, and errors
will be detected wrongly.
If errors are detected wrongly and the engine cannot be start-
ed, turn the starting switch to OFF position once, and try to
start the engine again.

Check that the lock lever (1) is at LOCK position (L).
If the lock lever (1) is in FREE position (F), the engine
does not start.
2.
Turn the fuel control dial (2) to Low idle (MIN) position.
3.
Turn the key in starting switch (3) to ON position (B).
