Using the exhaust control
The Exhaust Control draws stale or smoky air from the room
and circulates air in the room.
To exhaust room air
(Figure 10):
l
Set Exhaust Control to Open.
l
Set Fan Control to desired setting.
. Set Thermostat to desired setting.
To circulate room air
(Figure 11):
l
Set Exhaust Control to Closed.
l
Set Fan Control to desired setting.
l
Set Thermostat to desired setting.
NOTE: For maximum performance, the Exhaust Control must
be in the Closed position.
Changing air direction
The louvers in the top section of the air conditioner front panel
control the direction of the cooled (or heated) air. Move the tab
in the direction you want the air to go - RIGHT, LEFT, or
STRAIGHT AHEAD. See Figure 12.

El srstema de ventilation extrae el aire viciado y con humo de

Para extraer el aire de la habitaci6n
(Figura 10):
. Colocar el Control del Ventilation (Exhaust) en Open.

Colocar el Control del Ventilador (Fan) en el ajuste deseado.
l
Colocar el Control del Termostato (Thermostat) en el ajuste
deseado.
Para hater circular el aire de la
habitaci6n
(Figura 11):
l
Colocar el Control del Ventilation (Exhaust) en CLOSED.
l
Colocar el Control del Ventilador (Fan) en el ajuste deseado.
l
Colocar el Control del Termostato (Thermostat) en el ajuste
deseado.
NOTA: Para mejor rendimiento, el Control del Ventilation debe
estar en la position Closed.
Cambiando la direcci6n
del aire
Las rejillas en la parte superior del panel delantero del
acondicionador de aire controlan la direction del aire enfriado
(o calentado). Mover las tablillas en la direction que usted
desea que vaya el aire - HACIA ARRIBA, HACIA ABAJO,
DERECHO AL FRENTE. Ver Figura 12.
