Trouble Shooting continue.
FAULT
Check all fastners are torqued.
Noisy
operation
Ensure EGR RollTrac is cleaned as per Maintenance instructions.
Ensure all foreign debris such as rocks, sand, leaves etc are removed.
After periods of non use the seals on your roll track may cause a thumping sound on first opening or
closing - This is a function of the seal design and does not indicate a fault. Operation noise should
return to normal after regular operation.
Lights flicker
Indicates low battery voltage, check battery condition.

If Roll Cover is operational - Check connections to LED light in side rail are pushed home.

If EGR RollTrac is not operational – lighting is linked to installation of vehicle harness and connectors,

Dust ingress
From the factory vehicle tubs have various openings (to allow for water drainage etc). Ensure these

openings are properly sealed to prevent dust ingress.
Check all seals are present and undamaged.
Ensure rubber drain tubes are properly seated to holes in tub.
In certain cases (twisted tub) additional layers of foam tape may be required on the tub header rail to
ensure a good seal.
Water ingress
The cover is designed to be water resistant in the majority of situations, in certain extreme environ-
in tub
ments a certain level of water ingress is to be expected. Items that are of high value and are suscep-
tible to water damage should be packaged accordingly.
From the factory vehicle tubs have various openings (to allow for water drainage etc). Ensure these
openings are properly sealed to prevent water ingress.
Check all seals are present and undamaged.
Ensure rubber drain tubes are properly seated to canister cover (twisting these tubes will ensure
proper seating in canister body) tub and rear corner pieces.
Ensure front drain tubes have been trimmed to suit tub/liner combination, if tubes are too long water
flow may be reduced.
In certain cases (twisted tub) additional layers of foam tape may be required on the tub header rail
etc to ensure a good seal.
Open inspection covers and check that front drain tubes are installed correctly, hose with water to
wash any debris from canister and ensure water flows freely from drain tubes.
