Enter interval, the page will reveal lap, distance, resistance level, duration, speed, calories, HR zone, Heart Rate, Cadence, training power, BAI
etc.

Click the pin icon in the bottom right side then you can lock this page.
3.
Touch any place on the page you can easily adjust the resistance level up and down, pause and stop your workout.
4.
After finishing your workout, it will reveal your current summary of workout data.
