STEP 4
1. Pass the axle (Q-11) through the handlebar post.
2. Pass the cover (Q-12) and flat washer (P-10) through the axle (Q-11).
3. Attach the lower handlebar (D-1,D-6) to the handlebar post (B-1) with the axle (Q-11) and
tighten by using the flat washer (P-9) and nylon screw (P-8).
4. Attach the left and right lower handlebar (D-1,D-6) to the left and right pedal arm (E-9,E-1)

Slide the upper handlebar (C-1,C-2) (R/L) into the lower handlebar (D-1,D-6) and
then tighten it with the four
