– The ThermoConnect TCon2 must be in-
stalled inside the car, in a dry and pro-
tected place.
– Installation below dashboard, as high as
possible, on driver side is recommen-
ded.

NOTE
The pushbutton includes a temperat-
ure sensor. Make sure that the air can
flow around the pushbutton at the in-
stallation location, but the pushbutton

must be shielded from direct air flow
from ventilation ducts.
The pushbutton has four functions:
1. Switch the heater on/off.
2. Acknowledge new users.
3. Measure the temperature.
4. Reset or restart, see chapter 6.1 "Re-
start" on page 4/chapter 6.2 "Settings
reset" on page 4.

Plug on the ThermoConnect TCon2 wir-
ing harness.

Install the pushbutton at an accessible
WHE000045A
location, a protected area.
– Make sure the illumination is visible dur-
ing operation.
