The Laptime Telemetry option makes VBOXMini send lap time data via the telemetry serial port whenever a start/finish,
split line or dedicated finish line is crossed.

The lap time serial stream has the following format, sent at a baud rate of 115200 bit/sec, no parity, 8 data bits and 1
