Speed adjustment is one of the unique features of
the CRE-2100 Electra-Ride™ III Stairway Elevator.
The speed adjustment potentiometer is located
inside the carriage, to the right of the circuit board
(see illustration).
1. Remove the front cover (see page 14).
2. Loosen approximately one-half turn the collet
nut on the speed adjustment potentiometer.
3. Turn the slotted shaft of the potentiometer:
4. With the customer on the seat, run the
stairway elevator up and down the rail several
times to find the speed setting that best fits
the customer's needs.
5. Tighten the collet nut.
6. Make a final test run to double check the
speed.

clockwise = faster
counterclockwise = slower.
