(5) If the specified X coordinate does not exist within
the range of 0-639, or the Y coordinate does not exist
within the range of 0199, it becomes an error. Even if
these coordinates are within the specified range,
points with <X1>=<X2> or <Y1>=<Y2> cannot be specified.
