Dirty or blocked condenser, restricted
air flow – high ambient temperature.
Thermostat cut-in point out of
adjustment or malfunctioning.
Defective condenser fan motor.
Component or compressor failure.
Head assembly is not installed.
Magnetic head switch defective.
Loose connection in control circuit.
Open starter coil.
Faulty capacitor assembly. (Single
phase only.)
Faulty beater motor.

increase voltage to not less than 10%
below data plate rating or install
transformer. Have electrician check for
inadequate wire size.
