6. Allow mix to continue
flowing into the cylinder until the mix
in the hopper stops bubbling then
lower the white plastic regulator all
the way down in the "OPEN" position
with the smallest black hole aligned
(figure 8-7).
Note: The largest indent setting
will allow the least overrun. The
smallest indent setting will allow
the most air in the cylinder and is
used for a higher overrun. (figure
8-8)
7 Place the selector switch to
the "AUTO" position and the DAY/
NIGHT switch to "DAY".
8 Repeat Steps 1 - 7 for the
other side of the freezer.
9. Sanitize and install serrated
nozzles onto the head.
