DIAGNOSIS
Make sure that keypad cable on Display
PCB is in normal state .
Make sure connector (CN201) on Display
PCB or PCB pattern .
Check a relay(RY506) and a
terminal(T508) at warming drawer .
Measure whether resistance of warming
drawer heater is in normal extent or not .
Check the oven lamp's relay and
connector (CN501) .
Measure the resistance of both ends of
lamp terminal .
This is in normal state .
LED display is inferior .
Check the state of buzzer on main PCB
and whether PCB pattern has a short
circuit or has been open .
Check the cap of regulator .
Check the injector nozzle .
Check whether Convection fan relay on
main PCB and connector(CN501) is in
normal .
Make sure whether harness between
Connector on main PCB and Connector
(CN501) on main PCB is connected in
normal .

REMEDY
• Replace the keypad in case that it is
loosen or disconnected .
• Replace or repair the keypad in case
cable is loosen or disconnected .
• Replace the terminal(T508) or relay
(RY506) .
• Replace a main PCB .
• Replace a warming drawer heater .
• Replace or repair if the harness is loosen
or disconnected .
• Replace oven relay(RY509) .
• Replace main PCB .
• Replace lamp if it is disconnected .
(120V / 40W)
• Smell or smoke from the burning dirt in
the oven might be generated at the very
first operation.
• Replace or repair Display PCB .
• Replace or repair Display PCB .
• Remove the cap of regulator and mount it
again upside down .
• Replace the regulator .
• Replace the NG injector nozzle to LP
injector nozzle .
(Basically LN injector nozzles are
mounted at production line)
• Replace or repair Relay .
• Replace or repair connector .
• Replace or repair harness .
• Replace or repair connector .
• Replace main PCB .
