[PREPARATION BEFORE OPERATION]
1. In order to safely operate, please read the user's manual and grasp the method
of using the machine.
2. Before starting the engine, each clutch must be placed at the position of [Disen-
gage]. place the main shift lever at the position of [stop].
3. engine waste gas may be accumulated inside to cause waste gas poisoning if the
engine is started indoor. therefore, indoor ventilation should be used to achieve
the purpose of air ventilation.
4. to avoid possible injuries, all the clutches must be placed at the position of
[Disengage] and the engine must be shut off before cleaning, maintenance and
adjustment.
[When operation at moving]
1. When the machine going forward and backward, confirm the surrounding safety
for running threshing and reaping unit and then beep the horn and forbid others
to approach the machine.
2. To avoid incident such as falling and flip-over of the machine, do not drive on
sloping road, road with soft soil at edge or near to cliff.
3. the reaping unit should be raised when the machine moves.
4. the engine rotating speed should be above 2000rpM when the machine moves.
5. Operate slowly if it needs to turn while moving on the road.
6. the main shift lever should be placed at the position of [Stop] when it needs to be
stopped at driving.
7. use the parking brake during driving may cause incident such as sudden turning,
flip-over and crush. So do not use parking brake during driving.
8. Incident may be caused when the auxiliary lever is used at the [Move] gear for
reaping. So such operation should never be done.
9. When not for reaping (when climbing ridge of field, moving, being transported and
stored), the reaped grains should be completely removed and each clutch should
be placed at the position of [Disengage].
[When the Engine is shut off]
1. push the throttle handle to the position marked with [Small].
2. pull up the red button [Shut off] on the left side of the instrument panel in front to
shut of the engine.
3. turn the main switch key to the position of [Off].
[Parking]
1. Do not park on straw or weed to avoid fire.
2. As there is a danger of sudden moving or dashing-out, when changing the gear of
auxiliary shift lever, the main shift lever must be placed at the position of [Stop] at
a flat place and the parking brake petal must be stepped on with force.
3. When leaving the combine harvester, the reaping unit must be lowered and the
engine must be shut off. turn the key to "off" position and pull it out. each clutch
must be placed at the position of [Disengage] and the petal of the stop brake
must be secured. Besides, when parking at a slope, anti-slippery measures such
as putting wooden stopper must be taken.

CAUTION
[Climbing up/down and loading/unloading]
When the combine harvester loads/unloads and climb ridge of field, there is a
danger of flipping-over or falling, so the following key points must be followed:
① put the main shift lever at the position of "forward" when loading. And put it at "back-
ward" when unloading.
② put the auxiliary shift lever at "low speed" and reduce the rotating speed of engine (not
less than 2000rpM); operate slowly.
③ When the machine is on the loading/unloading plate, do not operate the steering
shaft. If there is need to adjust direction, it must be returned to the ground or to the
transporting vehicle first. Conduct loading/unloading after the direction is adjusted.
④ the length of the loading/unloading plate used should be 4 times as the height of the
transporting vehicle platform. It should be equipped with anti-slippery device and the
supporting strength should not be less than 3000kg.
⑤ During loading/unloading, it is extremely dangerous to step on the parking brake petal
as sudden turning will be caused. therefore, during loading/unloading, do not step on
the petal of the parking brake.
⑥ Do not load the vehicle until all the grains are discharged.
During transportation
When transporting with truck, the reaping unit must be lowered down to the lowest posi-
tion, step down and secure the petal of parking brake. Besides, use rope and chains
to secure each hooking position of the machine with the truck. (please do not secure it
except to the hooks; otherwise parts or components may be damaged.)
Method for securing the petal of the parking brake
When securing it, put the main shift lever at the position of [Stop] and step on

the petal of the parking brake with force; and then pull the operating lever to
make the securing plate stuck to the petal.
When release it, step on the petal of the parking brake with force to release

the securing of the parking brake petal.
