OPERATOR ALARMS
Level alarm
When the actual level is outside the allowed range, an alarm message will be displayed
indicating the type of alarm: LO LEVEL, HI LEVEL.
The alarm is terminated automatically as soon as the level is within its range again.
Low-battery alarm
When the battery voltage drops, it must be replaced. At first low-battery will flash, but as
soon as it is displayed continuously, the battery MUST be replaced shortly after!
Only original batteries supplied by the manufacturer may be used, else the guarantee and
liability will be terminated. The remaining lifetime after the first moment of indication is
generally several days up to some weeks.
Range error
As soon as the input value is 5% outside the calibrated measuring range,
will be displayed. Meanwhile, the calibrated value will be displayed.
After pressing the SELECT key, the reason of the alarm will be displayed: LO RANGE or
HI RANGE.
