Possible cause
Lack of operating fluid
On the lifting rod seal
On the filling screw
At the separation level between
cylinder jacket and end shield
On the end shield or operating fluid in
the junction box
Ball bearing damaged
Short-circuited coil, phase leakage or
short circuit
Between two phases:
Short-circuited coil
Between all phases:
Rotor is grinding or stuck
Top up the operating fluid
Replace the EdEx thruster and send to
the manufacturer for repair
Check the sealing ring, tighten the filling
screw to a maximum of 65 Nm
Tighten the screw connection
to a maximum of 53 Nm
Replace the EdEx thruster and send to
the manufacturer for repair
Replace the EdEx thruster and send to
the manufacturer for repair
Check the motor's resistors and
insulation, replace the EdEx thruster
and send to the manufacturer for repair
if required
Measure the resistance, replace the
EdEx thruster and send to the
manufacturer for repair if required
Replace the EdEx thruster and send to
the manufacturer for repair
