Replacing an air filter

CAUTION:
You can clean the air filter with water, but wait until it is completely dry before installing it again.
An air filter is an optional accessory.
To replace an air filter:
Loosen the captive screws of the air filter to be removed until all spring pressure is released.

Replacing a memory module

The RPE-X1s and FIPs are equipped with memory modules. Before installing or removing a memory

When to replace a memory module

CAUTION:
Use the memory modules provided by H3C only. Otherwise, the router might be unable to operate
correctly.
For all the MPUs and service modules, except RPE-X1 MPU, memory modules with the same
capacity must be used in pairs, for the specifications of memory modules supported, see
A Chassis views and Technical
