Operating Your Lift
MANUAL OVERRIDE
In the event of a power failure, for example
if your car battery dies, your lift can still
operate using the Manual Override system.
1. Unplug Power to the Lift.

2. Remove the cap

3. Insert a 3/8" socket wrench into the
actuator
and rotate the Hex Shaft. [Figure 8-3]

Disconnect power from lift

IMPORTANT!
You MUST unplug the two-connector plug BEFORE
any attempt to use the Manual Override. Failure to
do so result in serious injury.
4. Turn COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to LOWER
