8608GTE and 8608GTM modules 29
Meaning
The port has established a link and is enabled.
The port is connected, but an error condition
is detected.
The port is disabled or has no link.
The port is receiving data. As port utilization
increases this LED can blink so fast that it
appears to be always on.
The module has completed its power-on
self-test and software initialization and is
operating normally.
The module failed its power-on self-test.
The module is inserted into the chassis and
diagnostics are running.
The switch power is off. If the switch power is
on, the module is going through its power-on
self-test and software initialization. A module in
this state is not yet functional.
