MDA overview The MDAs for the Nortel 8672ATME and 8672ATMM modules are modular port adapters that are installed on the Ethernet Routing Switch 8600. The 8672 ATM modules are part of the Nortel 8000 Series line of communications products. There are two versions of the ATM modules: the 8672ATME module and the 8672ATMM module (unless otherwise specified, the term 8672ATM modules refers to both versions).
