Installation
Contact your local Authorised Service Provider for
the installation of the product. Before calling the
service provider to make the product
ready to use, have a look at the information in the

ter and gas installations are suitable. If not, have
a qualified electrician and a plumber to make the
necessary adjustments. For gas installation, have
a natural gas installation project drawn up and ap-

3.1 Instructions before
installation
Perform the following checks before installation:
1. Make sure that the combi boiler is adjusted so
that it can be used with the gas supplied by the
gas installation. Check the markings on the box
and the labels on the appliance.
2. In line with the laws and regulations, except
for the flues which are designed to collect
the exhaust gases emitting from more than
one appliance, check and make sure that the
exhaust gases of the other flues do not pass
through and out the same flue channel and that
the flue cap is suitable and cap is not blocked.
3. In case connection is made to the current flues,
make sure that they are very clean, otherwise
the soot coming from the flue blocks the gas
passage during operation and may lead to
dangerous situations.
4. All plumbing pipes should be cleaned for any
foreign substances.
Heed the following warnings in order for the effi-
cient operation of the combi boiler and for it not to
be excluded from the warranty coverage:
3.2 Utility water circuit
1. If the water hardness is higher than 20°F
(1°F = 10 mg calcium carbonate in 1 l water);
polyphosphate should be mixed with the
current system or water should be strictly
treated.

the appliance is drained.

3.3.1 New plumbing
Before the installation of the combi boiler, clean
the waterworks (water system) by using appropri-
ate and registered products. For the waterworks
and metal, plastic and rubber parts located in
the waterworks not to be damaged, use neutral
based cleaners which are non-acidic and non-
alkaline. Make sure you follow the instructions of
use of the manufacturer when using these types
of cleaners.
3.3.2 Old plumbing
Before the installation of the combi boiler, drain
the waterworks (water system) and use appropri-
ate and registered products and clean it. For the
waterworks and metal, plastic and rubber parts
located in the waterworks not to be damaged, use
neutral based cleaners which are non-acidic and
non-alkaline. Make sure you follow the instruc-
tions of use of the manufacturer when using
these types of cleaners.
Existence of any dirt, blocking, plumbing wasters,
burr, slag or other similar particles might affect
the operation of the combi boiler in a negative
manner. Such situations may lead to such prob-
lems as inefficient operation, overheating, noisy
operation, etc. of the product. Failures and prob-
lems which might happen in the product due to
the plumbing defects are not covered by the war-
ranty.
• By using an installation template which is given
with the appliance, connection base and hanger
holes should be marked precisely. It should be
