1 Turn OFF the power while copy
paper is moving through the
feeding assembly. Is the copy
paper at this time wrinkled?
Further, is it moving askew?
2 Try fresh paper. Is the problem
corrected?
3 Is the paper of a type recom-
mended by Canon?
4 Is the paper guide soiled with toner
or foreign matter?
5 Is the lower roller pressure (nip)
within specification?
