Is the lens home position sensor (PS2)
normal? (See the descriptions on how
to check the photointerrupters.)
Replace the DC controller PCB. Is the
problem corrected?

Does the scanning lamp turn ON?
Replace the DC controller PCB. Is the
problem corrected?

Turn OFF/ON the power switch. Is the
problem corrected?

Check the wiring from the
connector J310 on the DC
controller to the lens home
position sensor (PS2). If
normal, replace PS2.
