When installing the front wheels onto the axles, spe-
cial attention must be paid to the arrow of the rota-
tional direction on the tire sidewall. When the tires are
properly installed, the arrows must indicate forward
rotation of the wheels.
Properly position the wheel on the axle stud bolts,
then attach the washer to each of the stud bolts.
NOTE:
Be sure to install the front wheels with the air
valves facing outwards.
Temporarily finger-tighten the wheel set nuts, then
remove the hoist used to lift the vehicle.
A: Stud bolt
B: Air valve
C: Wheel set nut (10 mm flange nut)
D: Washer OD:18.0 mm ID:10.5 mm
NOTE:
Be sure to set the parking brake before tight-
ening the wheels on the hub.
Tighten the wheel set nuts to the specified torque.

Attach the center cap to the wheel.
A: Wheel set nut (10 mm flange nut)

C: Wheel hub
FRONT GRIP
Install the front grip on the frame.

C: 8 × 35 mm flange bolt
D: Spacer L:19.0 mm
E: 8 mm flange nut
F: 8 × 16 mm flange bolt
