ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1 Attach the front stabilizer (5) to the front of the main frame (1) and secure with two carriage bolts (21), two curved washers (15) and two domed nuts (16). Attach the rear stabilizer (6) to the rear of the main frame (1) and secure with two carriage bolts (21), two curved washers (15) and two domed nuts (16).

STEP 2 Pull out the quick release knob (17) from main frame (1). Then remove the protection tube from the main frame (1). STEP 2 Attach the seat (7) to the seat post (3), tighten with double open-end wrench. Then insert the seat post (3) to main frame (1). Pull out the quick release knob (17) from main frame (1).

STEP 3 Loosen four curved washers (15), four spring washers (27) and four allen bolts (20) from the front post (2). STEP 3 Attach the front post (2) through the front post cover (9). Then connect the upper sensor wire (24) from the front support (2) to the lower sensor wire (22).

HOW TO CONNECT TENSION CONNECTOR Slide the Cable wire from the Upper Tension Connector in between the opening on the wire holder on the Lower Tension Connector. Pull the Upper Tension Connector backward and slide the wire through the slot on the bracket. Drop down the Connector so the fitting sits firmly on top of the bracket.

STEP 4 Loosen four screws (18) from computer (8). Attach the handlebar (4) to the front post (2) and tighten with clamp cove (14) and T-type knob (13). Pull the pulse wire through the hole at the top of the front post (2). Connect upper sensor wire (24) to the sensor wire from computer (8) and connect the hand pulse wires STEP 4 (23) with the pulse wires from computer (8).

3. THE COOL DOWN PHASE This stage is to let your Cardio Vascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch.
