8-4. LIFT CHAIN REPLACEMENT.

8-4.1. Telescopic and Non-Telescopic.

1.
Place a solid block on floor under the vertical
members nearest the center of the lift carriage.
2.
Lower carriage until it is supported by the block
and the load chains are slack, then disconnect
battery.
WARNING: Before attempting any actual replace-
ment, make certain power is discon-
nected.
