3.1 Structure

3.1 Aufbau

LinMot ATEX linear motors are assembled into a complete servo drive system consisting of
several connected components (see the illustration below).
Die LinMot ATEX Linearmotoren werden in einem Verbund aus mehreren Komponenten (siehe
Abbildung unten) zu einem kompletten Servo-Antriebssystem zusammengebaut.

Interrupts the system power supply if the maximum surface temperature setting is exceeded.
 LinMot Servo Drive
Performs position control, temperature monitoring, current regulation, and monitoring of the
power supply.
 Temperature relay
Receives values from the Kty temperature sensors mounted on the exterior of the motor
under the stainless steel housing. In case of a fault (overtemperature), it initiates the
interruption of the power supply to the servo drive. Feedback to the machine control system.
