Tighten the two screws.
Assemble the hook (24) and tighten the two screws (28).
Connect the two shoulder strap spring catches with the tool couplings (4) and (6).
WARNING!
Make certain all the tool components are well assembled and the screws are tight before operating the tool.

Use

4.2
WARNING!
Carefully follow the instructions given in paragraph 2.1.1 "Results of the tests made by Law".
Put on the tool as shown in picture (F), adjusting the length of the strap (37) with the buckles (36). The tool should be po-
sitioned at hip-level, as shown in picture (F). It is fundamental that the strap (36) is well regulated in order to balance the
tool so that the operator gets less tired. After the necessary adjustments, select the branches to be hooked.
Prefer branches directly attached to the trunk. Hook the tool in the middle of the branch, as shown in picture (G), since
this position is the one transmitting the necessary vibrations to harvest in the best way.
If placed too close to the trunk, vibrations would be bad for the tool and uncomfortable for the operator.
In order to position the hook (24) on the branch, turn the extension pole by using the handgrip (25) until it is connected.
Move your left hand on the handgrip (17) and keep the position. Keep the tool in slight tension and accelerate several ti-
mes for max. 4-6 seconds each time.
WARNING!
Accelerating on the same spot on the branch for a long time does not help the harvesting operations. Change
the position of the hook and repeat shaking.
Check the protection (19) is screwed tight.

Stopping the tool

4.3
Turn the switch (10) to the OFF position to stop the tool.
