If the motor doesn't rotate after pressing "START" button. The wire that controls the motor
might be the issue.
If the protective tube on control board is damaged or fallen off: Check if the protective tube is
OK, re-set it or change one.
If the motor wire isn't connected well: Check if the motor wire is connected well and re-
connect it.
If the IGBT on control board is burnt out: Use multimeter to test if the IGBT is burnt out and
change an IGBT or control board.
