NOTE: Order special tools from the TORO SPECIAL
TOOLS AND APPLICATIONS GUIDE (COMMERCIAL
PRODUCTS). Some tools may be available from a local
supplier.
Digital Multimeter (Fig. 6)
The meter can test electrical components and circuits
for current, resistance, or voltage drop.
NOTE: Toro recommends the use of a DIGITAL meter
when testing electrical circuits. The high impedance
(internal resistance) of a digital meter will ensure that
excess current is not allowed through the meter. Excess
current can cuase damage to a circuit that is not de­
signed to carry it.
