When driving / idling stop system

Take care of this while the engine is stopped automatically

Warning
Do not operate the following table during automatic stop. It may lead to
unexpected accidents.
Operation / vehicle condition
Open the bonnet
 The indoor buzzer sounds
intermittently with "P, P ,,".
 The engine is automatically stopped
to enter the engine stall state.

The idling stop indicator light (green)

turns off.
Remove the driver's seat belt or open the
driver's seat door
 The indoor buzzer sounds intermittently
with "P, P ,,". (About 5 seconds)
 The engine will restart automatically.
 The idling stop indicator light (green)
It blinks for about 5 seconds and then
turns off.
Advice
The next warning light in the instrument panel does not light up while the engine
is automatically stopped, but it lights when it is in the engine stall state.

Workaround
When restarting the engine, follow the
procedure below.
① Tighten the parking brake firmly, and
put the select lever in P.
② Close the hood completely.
③ Operate engine switch and restart.

belt before you start. In addition, please
carry out the following
beforehand when going out of the car.
