Replace the battery.

 Remove the old battery. For
preventing scratches, cover with
cloth etc.
Use a screw driver (commercially
available).

Install the battery with the +
pole facing up.
Good skill with the car / Caring
Assemble the key cover.

Align the tip of the cover before
assembling as shown in the figure.

Tighten the screw securely.
