Replacing the fan

1. BAT 690 to be disconnected from the mains voltage
system.
2. Remove the power supply cable from BAT 690.
3. Remove housing caps (see sec. 4.1).
4. Remove top part of housing (see sec. 4.2.1).
5. Remove power module with defective fan.
6. Remove connecting cable for fan from power
module (see sec. 6).
7. Remove Torx screws (fig. 15, item 1) from the fan.
8. Replace the fan (fig. 15, item 1).

9. Fasten new fan with Torx screws.
10. Attach connecting cable for fan to power module
(see sec. 6).
11. Secure power module to lower part of housing.
12. Secure battery connecting cables to power module
(see sec. 6).
13. Attach the connecting cables for the power
connector to the power module (see sec. 6).
14. Secure top part of housing (see sec. 4.2.4).
15. Switch on the BAT 690.
16. Perform a self test.

Replacing the battery connection

1. BAT 690 to be disconnected from the mains voltage

4. Remove top part of housing (see sec. 4.2.1).
5. Remove connecting cables of port for battery
charging cable from power module 1 and power
module 2 (see sec. 6).
6. Remove connection for battery charging cable.

7. Fit new connection for battery charging cable with
