  • How do I use the Bosch BAT 415 battery charger?

    To use the Bosch BAT 415 battery charger, follow these steps:

    1. For standard batteries, unscrew the inspection plugs before charging.
    2. Turn on the BAT 415; the red LED should be constantly lit.
    3. Connect the charging clips to the battery, ensuring correct polarity: the red clip to the positive pole (+) and the black clip to the negative pole (-). The yellow LED will then flash.
    4. Set the changeover switch for battery temperature to the correct position, considering only the battery's temperature.
    5. Turn the controller for setting battery capacity to the nominal value for the battery.
    6. Press the start button. The yellow LED will go off, and the green LED will flash rapidly.
    7. Check the charging current on the display instrument.
    8. Once charging is complete, turn off the BAT 415.
    9. Disconnect the charging clips from the battery.
