TROUBLESHOOTING & ALARMS
Troubleshooting
Double check all power connections and battery is switched to the "ON"
position
Device is in TCP/IP mode. First confirm you have closed any browser
windows accessing the Smartaire over the network. Next, hold down "i"
and "m" for 5 seconds, the message "rset tcpip" (Reset TCP/IP) should
scroll across the screen and the local control should now work.
Unplug the power connection from the unit and check that the alarm
sounds for 10 seconds. Please contact Tate technical services if this is not
the case within the first five years of operation.
First, check that all cables are secured together and there are no breaks
between the SmartAire MZ and the LED, then try turning it off and on
again: hold the power button down until the unit powers down and then
wait 10 seconds, then press the power button again. Contact Tate if the
led still does not relight.
