Control Unit – Function Operation

LCD Display

Reports the following information;
Track Speed (kph)

Engine Speed (rpm)

Cutting Height (mm)
Job minutes
Press OPT button
Pre-set Cut Height (mm)
Rotor Hours Total
Engine Hours Total
When altering height, screen will display the new cutting height after approximately 3 seconds.
Refer to cutting height section for details of setting the cutting height pre-set.
Status Light
Indicates the status of the Remote Control Unit;
Illuminated GREEN
Illuminated RED

Emergency Stop Button

Engine Start / Stop

Engine START: Hold switch in 'UP' position to start the engine.
Switch returns to its central position when released.
Engine STOP: Hold switch in 'DOWN' position to stop the engine.
Engine Speed (RPM)
Control for engine RPM.

= 'CORRECT' Status.
= 'PROBLEM' Status.
PUSH button for 'EMERGENCY STOP'.
Rotate clockwise to 'Reset'.

Button: Increase engine RPM.

Button: Decrease engine RPM.
Job minutes records the current operating
period only; if the control unit is switched off
the job minutes reading will return to zero.
Pre-set cut height can be set to user's own
preference; this setting is then the height the
deck will automatically move to when height
control joystick is operated for 2 seconds.
Continue to operate the joystick if you want
to power the deck past the pre-set cut height.
