EMERGENCY STOP BUTTONS (E-STOP)

Location of Emergency Stop Buttons
E-Stop buttons are located on top of the machine at the rear of the engine compartment
and on the remote control unit.
The E-Stop button on the machine also acts as the main power ON/OFF button for the
machine; it is illuminated when power to the machine is ON (E-Stop de-activated). If the E-
Stop is activated the light in the button will go out and power to the machine is switched
OFF.
E-Stops are provided for use in an emergency situation only; they must not be used
as a shortcut method of switching off the engine during normal use.
Main Power ON/OFF
It is important that the machine E-Stop button (Power ON/OFF button) is always switched
OFF (E-Stop activated) when the machine is not being used; this is for both safety reasons
and to preserve battery power.
ALWAYS activate the E-Stop to shut-off power to the machine when it is not being used.
